Dave I just read your post on your blog about monitoring and now know where you are coming from. There is really nothing stopping you from running your same scripts on our servers to check the status of your site. In fact we do many of the same things and that is why I published the stats we get from our 3rd party vendor.

Let me know if you have any other questions that I may be able to answer.

Dave,

Is there something in particular you want to do that needs special setup? We've never been asked for this so I don't really know what you have in mind. As far as Railo in a shared hosting environment goes, it is much nicer since every account gets it's own copy of the Web Administrator. So you have full control over your Railo settings. The only limitations is that we restrict the file system access tags to your web root for obvious reasons.

I have heard from 2 people that Railo is better than CF in the shared environment. What type of monitoring of the server's heath do you allow to the share customer?
